The internet is being rebuilt around machine consumption, and this launch responds directly to that structural shift. Supertab gives them a practical, install-and-go tool to define how AI systems and automated crawlers can access their content, without writing a single line of code.

The plugin adds two capabilities to any WordPress site. RSL License Serving automatically publishes a machine-readable license file at /license.xml, telling AI crawlers and agents the terms under which they can access the site. The Crawler Authentication Protocol (CAP) lets publishers manage licensing relationships with their customers, verifying that bots accessing their content are presenting valid license tokens — confirming who is accessing the site, monitoring usage against agreed terms, and controlling coverage down to specific URL path patterns.
Setup takes minutes. Publishers install the plugin and enter their Website URN from the Supertab dashboard, and their license.xml goes live. To turn on verification, they add a Merchant API Key and choose which paths to cover. No infrastructure changes, no developer involvement.
